Race Director Rev. Brian Wonn says: "I wanted to thank the people who worked the race with me: Robert Foshag, Michael Hall, Scott Main, and the parents of Adam Slough. I told Adam I'd campaign for worker points for him. A special thanks to Scott for his assistance in getting the finishing order, and to Mike for helping get the corners cleaned up. ... Also, I would like to thank all the riders who came out to the race for making the trip to MI and for their cooperation. Also, Rob did a good job in tolerating the rednecks who gave him a verbal hard time."
40 riders made the trek up to Michigan for one of our favorite race venues. Senior Will Mclaughlin was first; Master Jon. Card second and Vet Dave Komives eighth. The photographer and scribe didn't make the race; the photos above are from 1999.
