Hot! Ozone Alert! With no heat training to speak of, these were tough conditions for a criterium. Dave Komives, with Jim Sarks, had patched the many potholes around the course - and Director Eric Snider had his volunteers suited up and competently managing traffic at the corners. Good thing - a Sheriff's Deputy checking on a citizen's complaint about the goings on at the site found no cause for the complaint and left with his complements.
The old guys apparently had more stamina in the heat than the Seniors. Master Steve Clark was first; Vet Dave Komives was third and Senior Rob Foshag was seventh.
