Thanks to everyone who called to check on me. Going over the handle bars is not something I would recommend. I have a left (AC) shoulder separation strained neck and back muscles. I also suffered some facial injuries which consist of a big contusion below and around my left eye. Thank GOD I was wearing my helmet; it saved my life. I landed right on top of my head and left shoulder, shattering my glasses. It will be some time before I am back. I have a follow up visit with general practitioner in a couple of days to see how my progress is. The bike faired much better than I did.
