The peloton stayed together for most of the
race. There were a few breaks - all eventually caught by the pack.
With a lap or so to go Jeff Warner had a plan which was unfolding and
positioning him perfectly for the finish until he hit a big ol' nail that not
only punctured his tire but also his new rim. This left him out of the
final sprint for the finish which was won by Chris Brinkman followed closely by
Steve Clark and then Buckeye, Dave Komives.
