“Breakfast Rides” & Races in “C” Group

No not that kind!  We would like to have at least one rider show up for the earlier Breakfast Rides to “Escort” any new riders, less experienced etc. down to Grand Rapids.  Basically if you show up for the earliest group you could hang out and see if there is a need for an Escort, if not just go with the next group to leave and so on.  We would also like to have someone be an Escort in the “C” group races (excluding TT’s), each week.  You would answer any questions, give instruction on cornering, tactics, sprinting, etc.  This would be considered a volunteer activity over and above your 2 race worker requirement.  The plan at this point is to offer 20 pts for this as well, so plan accordingly towards the end of the year, we will only need one person per race.  I think we will have people sign up in advance just like we do for Race Directors, you can email Heather Mitchell and/or Steve Sams, and we will post it on the Race Schedule page.
