Race Sign-In Instructions

1)  Check that racer is a club member and check that we have all info needed on the race sign-in check sheet.

a.  Make sure we have USAC license number, if not see that they have a valid 2010 license and write in their number.

b.  Make sure we have signed release.  If not, they need to fill out a club membership form and sign & date both lines.

c.  USAT members: Must be club members.  If we don’t have their license number, write that on the check sheet and they must sign a USAT release form. 

d.  Collect $3.00 insurance fee.

e.  Have them sign the appropriate (A,B or C) sign-in sheet LEGIBLY.

2)  If racer is not a club member.  They must join the Wheelmen.  Have them complete a MVW club membership form.   Signing and dating in both locations.

 a.  If the 1-day box on the sign-in check sheet is marked they must pay the balance of the full membership ($30.00)

 b.  If they choose to join for a one-day membership, they may do that only once, next time they come they must become a full member.

3)  If racer does not have a USAC or USAT license.  They must complete either a USAC one-day or USAC  annual membership form.   We do not have USAT license forms.

 a.  Collect $10.00 from people that complete the one-day form – this includes their $3.00 insurance fee.

 b.  Collect $60.00 from people that complete the annual membership form.  They also need to pay the $3.00 insurance fee.
