Membership Application

To apply for membership or to renew your membership, here's what you need to do:

If paying via PayPal (please do!), first send your payment to payments@freewheel.com, then fill out the form (link below), print a copy,  and click the Submit button. Please be sure the form has been submitted .

If paying by check, fill out the form online (link below), print it, then click the Submit button). Sign both pages of your form and mail them with your check to  MVW Treasurer, 555 Hunters Run, Perrysburg, OH 43551. Please be sure the form has been submitted.

PayPal information. This is a convenient and secure way to handle cash transactions online. You can pay with a credit card or by transfer from an existing PayPal account or from your bank. To safely and securely access the PayPal website or your PayPal account, open a new instance of your web browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, FireFox, Netscape) and type in the following: https://www.paypal.com
