Deep Stretch - Come ready to remove stress from your neck, back, wrists, shoulders and hips. These Zoom-weary muscles beg for mercy! Come and discover the feel good factor that flows from restoring, relaxing and recharging. This gentle 30 minute stretch therapy session will bring balance and ease to your body. Besides a yoga mat, please have a regular sized bath towel or a strap to make the stretches more accessible for those who run and bike. Nama-stay calm, breathe, stretch and feel better!
Mindfulness invites us to focus on the present moment. When we slow down and breathe, we disrupt the fight, flight, freeze or faint response that stressful situations induce. This class makes the brain an ally so that we make better choices in communication, eating and living. This 30 minute class introduces listening, body scanning and relaxation techniques. Please have a comfortable way to sit, either on a chair or on the floor with your back against a wall. No experience necessary. All levels are welcome. Bring a mind that is distracted, overwhelmed and anxious and leave with a mind that is clear and focused and relaxed!
