Tracey Kopper-Hourin is Vice President, Human Resources for FreeWheel, a Comcast Company that provides advertising software and solutions for the entire television ecosystem. In this role, Tracey is responsible for the planning and execution of global strategies and tactics for employee attraction, engagement, development and retention, as well as the company’s organizational design and effectiveness.
Since joining Comcast Corporation in 2006, Tracey has held human resources leadership roles for various groups within the company, including engineering, the Philadelphia region and corporate headquarters. She has been aligned with the advanced advertising business for the past four years.
Tracey has more than 20 years of experience in human resources in the telecommunications and financial services industries. Her key focus areas including mergers and aquistions, international business expansion, talent management and employee engagement.
Tracey is Past President of the Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) Philadelphia Chapter, where she serves on its board since 2010. In addition, she is a Big through Big Sisters Big Brothers of Southeastern Pennsylvania and a leader of the Comcast Running Club.
Tracey holds a Bacheor of Science in human resources and a Master of Business Administration from Temple University. She is also a fellow of the WICT Betsy Magness Leadership Institute.
She resides with her family in New Jersey.
