Comcast International France remains committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. Consistent with the Act for the Freedom to Choose One’s Future Career, enacted in France on 5 September 2018, Comcast has evaluated its employee and compensation data, and is pleased to publish its score of 90% on the Gender Equal Pay Index for the 2025 calendar year, reflecting our continued progress compared to the prior year.

The 2025 score breaks down as follows:

• Pay gap indicator: 35 (+4 points vs. last year)
• The difference of pay rate indicator: 35 (unchanged)
• Indicator relating to returns from maternity leave: 15 (unchanged)
• Breakdown indicator among the 10 highest-paid employees: 5 (unchanged)

Our final score is 90/100, demonstrating the progress we have made in addressing pay equity while reinforcing our long-term commitment to fairness, transparency, and equal opportunity for all employees.
